While still in college and shortly after his assignment in the Armed Forces as a Communications Specialist, a chance run-in with his educational mentor, Mr. Piercy, led to a new job at Los Angeles' KLCS. William rapidly excelled and became their man of all trades: camera operator, lighting director, audio mixer... but it was videotape editing that caught William's eye.
In his own words, "Editing is where it all comes together."
After KLCS, William's talent catapulted him into the national arena, all the way to the NBC and FOX networks. He later worked for KSTW in Washington State, but in 1998 he moved his family back to L.A. when FOX again requested his expertise, this time in their On-Air Promo department.
At The Intangibles Studio you'll find William glued to his Mac, constantly trying out new and creative video techniques, and producing some of the most unique presentations in Hollywood.
After finishing college, she worked her way up from the mailroom to the Unit Managers department at ABC. Patty considered becoming a camera operator, but writing ultimately captured her imagination while working as a Writer's Assistant on the sitcoms The Famous Teddy Z and A Different World.
Later on, she became intrigued by the visual world as computers led a graphics revolution in television and film. Patty was hired as a graphics operator at FOX's On-Air Promo department and stayed for several years, while mastering web and DVD graphic design in her spare time. Her freelance clients include Sammy Hagar, Mimbres Fever Productions and photographer Michael Rababy.
Here at the Studio, Patty divides her time between graphics, web design and writing, turning intangible ideas into stylish visuals.
